Career Preparation Workshop Series
Universitas Diponegoro, through the 183rd Graduation Preparation Program, continues to provide prospective graduates with opportunities to prepare for the transition from academic life to the professional world. In collaboration with PT Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia, the program, titled “Career Preparation Workshop Series,” was held over four days, from July 20 to 23, 2026.
Featuring a series of preparation sessions conducted in a hybrid format, the program consisted of three days of online sessions and one day of offline sessions. The hybrid format provided prospective graduates with opportunities to gain insights and experience in career development through various interactive learning formats relevant to the current needs of the workforce.
On the first day, the online session was attended by 330 students. On the second day, the session was attended by 300 students, while the third day recorded 250 students participating online. The preparation program concluded with an in-person session on the fourth day, held at the Entrepreneurship Building of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro, with 400 students in attendance.
Through the Career Preparation Workshop Series, participants had the opportunity to broaden their knowledge of career preparation while gaining an understanding of the various aspects that need to be considered before entering the professional world. The program served as an opportunity for students to recognize their potential, understand the needs of the workforce, and build readiness for recruitment processes and career development.
The collaboration between Universitas Diponegoro and PT Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia also brought valuable perspectives from the industry, which can serve as a reference for students in preparing for their next steps after completing their education. The experiences and insights shared are expected to provide prospective graduates with a broader understanding of the professional world and enhance their readiness to pursue various career opportunities.
The four-day program was also part of an effort to provide a more comprehensive learning experience. The online sessions offered participants the flexibility to take part in the program, while the in-person session provided an opportunity for direct interaction, discussion, and networking.
Through this program, the 183rd Graduation Preparation Program is expected to serve not only as part of the series of activities leading up to graduation, but also as an initial step for students to prepare for their career journey in a more focused and structured manner. The knowledge, skills, and perspectives gained throughout the program are expected to help prospective Universitas Diponegoro graduates enter the professional world with greater confidence.

Pelaksanaan selama empat hari juga menjadi bagian dari upaya untuk memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih komprehensif. Sesi daring memberikan fleksibilitas bagi peserta untuk mengikuti pembekalan, sementara sesi tatap muka menjadi kesempatan untuk membangun interaksi secara langsung, berdiskusi, dan memperluas jejaring.
Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, Pembekalan Calon Wisudawan Periode 183 diharapkan tidak hanya menjadi bagian dari rangkaian menuju kelulusan, tetapi juga menjadi langkah awal bagi mahasiswa untuk mempersiapkan perjalanan karier secara lebih terarah. Bekal pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perspektif yang diperoleh selama kegiatan diharapkan dapat membantu para calon wisudawan Universitas Diponegoro melangkah dengan lebih percaya diri dalam memasuki dunia profesional.
