Through reflective and participatory approaches, participants were encouraged to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, identify their career directions and goals, and connect their academic and non-academic experiences with their future aspirations. The session explored the realities of the workplace, industry needs, as well as current career challenges and opportunities. The talk show was moderated by Zelika Nidya Damarani, S.T., M.M., a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro. Participants then joined a Career Coaching Class based on their chosen station, with each station facilitated by coaches who were lecturers with relevant expertise from various faculties across Universitas Diponegoro.
