Academic Service

The Academic Section carries out service functions:

  1. Implementation of student registration matters;
  2. Management and analysis of student data;
  3. Implementation of administrative affairs of learning activities;
  4. Implementation of student transfer affairs
  5. Implementation of PD DIKTI service administration;
  6. Implementation of administrative affairs of academic activities and/or ceremonies
  7. Implementation of monitoring and evaluation of student progress;
  8. Implementation of reporting and evaluation of student progress

Student Service

Student Services at the Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs include:

  1. Providing facilities for sending student delegations;
  2. Providing budget facilities for student organization activities;
  3. Providing services for the use of student activity facilities;
  4. Management of scholarships and student aid/benefits;
  5. Management of student character training and development;
  6. Management of student counseling services;
  7. Management of student internship program services;
  8. Management of alumni services;
  9. Management of tracer study and alumni tracer services
  10. Collection and data collection of student achievement;
  11. Management of Undip Entrepreneurial Student Program;
  12. Training for student career development;
  13. Implementation of attribute procurement for new students
