RISE: Ready, Inspired, Skilled, Empowered – One Day Career Coaching to Rise Your Future
As the graduation journey approaches, prospective Universitas Diponegoro graduates once again received career preparation through the 182nd Graduation Preparation Program. Carrying the theme “RISE: Ready, Inspired, Skilled, Empowered – One Day Career Coaching to Rise Your Future,” the program was part of Universitas Diponegoro’s efforts to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the various choices and challenges they may encounter after completing their education.
Held on April 21, 2026, at the Muladi Dome Building, Universitas Diponegoro Tembalang Campus, the program was enthusiastically attended by 700 prospective graduates. The program was designed as a platform to broaden participants’ perspectives, build mental readiness, and encourage them to recognize their potential and strengths before entering the next phase of their lives.
The spirit of RISE was the central message conveyed throughout the program. Ready encouraged prospective graduates to prepare themselves for upcoming changes and possibilities. Inspired encouraged participants to find the motivation to continue creating and growing. Skilled emphasized the importance of continuously improving abilities and developing competencies. Meanwhile, Empowered fostered the courage to make decisions, determine their choices, and move forward with confidence.
More than just preparation for graduation, the program provided prospective graduates with an opportunity to reflect on the journey they had undertaken during their time at Universitas Diponegoro. The academic and non-academic experiences they gained became an integral part of the process of developing the character and competencies they will carry forward into the next chapter of their lives.
Through this program, the 700 prospective graduates of the 182nd Graduation Period are expected to embrace this new phase with broader perspectives and confidence in their potential.
