Our Subdivisions
Student Achievement
The Student Achievement Sub-division is responsible for managing administrative affairs, secretarial duties, and internal operations, as well as planning and developing student achievement programs and other tasks assigned by the Rector. In fulfilling these responsibilities, the sub-division performs key functions including the planning and development of student achievements, organizing competitions or tournaments, and conducting monitoring and evaluation. Furthermore, the sub-division manages and facilitates students from the SBUB (Excellent Achievement-based Entrance) track in the fields of interest and reasoning, provides administrative services for student activities, and supports the increase of funded competitive program proposals. Other functions include facilitating competitions in research and innovation, coordinating student delegations for various events, managing general administrative and household affairs, and compiling reports and evaluations for all implemented activities, as well as performing other duties as directed by Rector.
Student Business Facilitation
The Student Business Facilitation Sub-division is tasked with managing administrative affairs, secretarial duties, and internal operations, as well as executing student business facilitation activities and other duties assigned by the Rector. In fulfilling these responsibilities, the sub-division performs functions that include the planning and development of student businesses, implementation of business facilitation programs, and the monitoring and evaluation of student business activities. Furthermore, this sub-division provides administrative services related to student career development (job creators), manages student entrepreneurship programs funded by Undip, and organizes competency-building activities to empower students and graduates as entrepreneurs. It also aims to increase the number of competitive entrepreneurship proposals funded by Dikti (Ministry of Education) or other external sources. Additionally, the sub-division handles general administrative and household affairs, compiles reports and evaluations for all implemented activities, and performs other functions as determined by the Rector.
